Who you are working with
LJB Studios is run by Lachlan Bunter. Before starting the studio, Lachlan worked in IT and systems at Alinta Energy, before that at a managed service provider looking after dozens of small and mid-size businesses, and before that at a not-for-profit. Three very different places, and each one shapes how we work.

We look at what you have: the website, the spreadsheet, the inbox, the systems you already pay for. Most of the answer is usually already there.

Plan
A short written plan: which clunky parts to replace first, in what order, and what each one takes. You keep it whether or not we do the work.
- 03
Build in the open
A link you can open from the first week, and a short update each week. Changes you can see, not status reports.
- 04
Hand over properly
Documentation, accounts and code in your own name, and support afterwards if you want it. You are never locked in.
